Doi Chang · Huai Chomphu
Chiang Rai
Home of the peaberry in every cup we pour, and of Golden Cherry — Yellow Bourbon from Phirom's own farm. Huai Chomphu gives us an anaerobic lot with a whiskey nose.
Where flavour begins
Every mountain tastes different, so every bag tells you the farm, the altitude and the process.

Peaberry
A coffee cherry usually holds two flat-sided seeds. Now and then it grows just one — small, round and oval, with no flat side. That is a peaberry, only about 3–5% of the harvest. Its round shape rolls evenly in the roaster, so it roasts evenly all the way through.
